About The Property
This lake house is located on the Southeast section of the Lake Wawasee called Buttermilk Point. It is a quieter and calmer section of the lake.
From the deck you have remarkable views of sunsets. We also have a pier, so you can bring your boat.
The public boat launch is down the street from us and very accessible. We have parking for 6-8 vehicles depending on the size of them. This spacious lake house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the master bedroom there is a king bed, and in the second bedroom, there is a queen bed, and then there is three bunkbeds with a pull out so sleeps 11
We have an updated kitchen with all your basic amenities. We have 2 living areas with one facing the beautiful lake. Town is only a few minutes away with restaurants, gas stations, and stores.
